I'm a sales leader and GTM consultant with 13+ years of experience growing revenue and scaling teams across B2B SaaS, services, and construction.
My career has taken me from carrying a quota myself to building and leading full sales teams from the ground up, including founding The Syndicate Platform, an outsourced sales organization where I led 25 reps across 11 companies and drove over $2.5 million in closed ARR.
Most sales consultants come from one side or the other. I've been the rep, the manager, the founder, and the outside advisor. That combination is what I bring to every engagement. I come in with a plan and I'm willing to sit in on calls, run training, and do the unglamorous work alongside your team.
